Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets diagnostic criteria for AMI according to the Fourth Edition of the Universal Definition of Myocardial Infarction; 2.Condition stable following PCI after admission; 3.Assessed as exercise-phobic on the TSK-SV Heart Scale (TSK-SV Heart score >37 points); 4.Killip classification= 18 years; 6.Willing to attend the 3-month postoperative outpatient follow-up; 7.Informed consent and voluntary participation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or serious psychiatric disorders who have lost the ability to communicate verbally or non-verbally; 2. Patients in the acute adverse event phase following surgery or experiencing progressive organ dysfunction; 3. Patients currently participating in other studies.
