12 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) GPP (1) Patients aged 12 to 65 years; (2) GPP diagnosed by a dermatologist, with at least one episode in the past; (3) Patients with GPPGA total score of >=3, and a GPPGA pustulation subscore of >=2; (4) GPP patients with medical history of PV will be diagnosed with "GPP with PV". 2) PV (1) Patients aged 12 to 65 years; (2) PV diagnosed by a dermatologist, with the course of disease of > 1 month; (3) The disease is stable with a PASI score > 10.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignancies such as tumors; 2. Patients with an auto-inflammatory disease unrelated to GPP; 3. Patients with other autoimmune or systemic diseases which not relate with GPP or PV; 4. Patients who cannot accept or cooperate in skin biopsy.
