Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Premature infants with a gestational age of less than 37 weeks and a birth weight of less than 1500 g admitted to our center, and they are admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after birth. Grouping: less than 28 weeks, greater than or equal to 28 weeks and less than 32 weeks, greater than or equal to 32 weeks and less than 37 weeks. In addition, several full-term infants are selected as the control group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformations or genetic metabolic diseases; 2. Chromosomal abnormalities; 3. Those who interrupt treatment or are discharged automatically; 4. Those who die within 24 hours after birth.
