Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18–80 years undergoing elective thoracoscopic pulmonary tissue resection; 2.ASA physical status I–III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to regional anesthesia or infection at the injection site; 2.history or family history of psychiatric disorders; 3.history of drug abuse and alcoholism (alcoholism defined as a weekly alcohol intake greater than 14 units — 1 unit of alcohol = 360 mL beer or 45 mL spirits with 40% alcohol content or 150 mL wine); 4.severe preoperative liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C) and renal dysfunction (requiring dialysis), combined with severe respiratory dysfunction (type I or type II respiratory failure); 5.long-term use of opioids or non-opioid analgesics in the past.
