Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form; 2. Age >=14 years old; 3. The inclusion criteria for diabetes mellitus conform to the diagnostic criteria of the expert consensus on type 2 diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Eyes with a history of corneal or ocular surgery; 2. Those with a history of corneal diseases or active eyes such as infectious keratitis, corneal opacity or corneal dystrophy; 3. Eyes with active inflammation or infection; 4. Those who have been using contact lenses or glaucoma eye drops for a long time (more than 10 years); 5. There are other peripheral or systemic neurological lesions; 6. The researchers believe it is not suitable to participate.
