Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Common criteria: Age 25-45, holding a valid medical practitioner license, no major life stress events in the past 6 months, voluntarily signed informed consent; 2. Additional criteria for the exposure group: Meets the definition of "high-stress resident physician" (referencing the "Chinese Physician Occupational Stress Scale" score > moderate); 3. Additional criteria for the control group: Meets the definition of "normal work schedule" (scale score < mild), with work experience within +/-2 years of the exposure group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cardiovascular disease (such as coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, etc.); 2. Use of medications that affect the electrocardiogram (such as beta-blockers, antiarrhythmic drugs, etc.); 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors, etc.; 5. Acute illness in the past 3 months; 6. Mental illness or cognitive impairment; 7. Individuals unable to cooperate with monitoring.
