10 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of cracked tooth with symptoms and signs of irreversible pulpitis or pulp necrosis; 2. Completed standardized root canal treatment and permanent full-coverage crown restoration; 3. Possession of complete medical records, imaging data (periapical radiographs, CBCT), and follow-up records; 4. Follow-up duration of no less than 12 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Alveolar bone resorption due to periodontal disease exceeding one-third of the root length; 2. Serving as an abutment tooth for a fixed dental prosthesis; 3. Diagnosed with severe bruxism; 4. Incomplete medical or imaging records, or inability to definitively determine the crack depth.
