Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16 years or older; 2. Score at or above the clinical cutoff on any one of the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form (CTQ-SF) subscales: Emotional Abuse >= 13, Physical Abuse >= 10, Sexual Abuse >= 8, Emotional Neglect >= 15, Physical Neglect >= 10; 3. Voluntary agreement to participate in the 8-session intervention study and provision of additional written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following. 1. Currently receiving systematic psychotherapy or psychopharmacological treatment; 2.Exhibit immediate and severe suicidal risk or psychotic symptoms during initial contact or assessment, necessitating immediate referral to professional services; 3.Fail to complete all post-test assessments (regardless of reason for discontinuation); their data will be excluded from the final analysis.
