Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic Parkinson's disease established by the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (MDS). 2. Being at Hoehn and Yahr (H-Y) stage 1 to 3, with good cooperation and compliance. 3. Having a normal mental state and being able to cooperate with the completion of EEG, MRI, and clinical scale assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary Parkinson's disease (PD) (e.g., drug-induced, cerebrovascular) or Parkinson-plus syndromes. 2. Comorbidity with severe physical diseases (e.g., acute myocardial infarction, hepatic or renal failure) or mental illnesses (e.g., depression, schizophrenia). 3. Contraindications to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) (e.g., history of epilepsy, intracranial metal implants, cardiac pacemaker) and contraindications to imaging examinations (e.g., claustrophobia, metal foreign bodies). 4. Previous receipt of neuromodulation therapies such as Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS), or repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS). 5. Inability to receive regular treatment or attend follow-up visits (poor compliance).
