Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients aged >=45 years undergoing elective gastrointestinal tumor surgery; (2) ASA grade I-IV; (3) Expected operation time >30 minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) decreased preoperative serum potassium value; (2) eGFR<60 mL/min/1.73 m²; (3) family history of hypokalemia; (4) emergency surgery; (5) simultaneous multi-cavity surgery.
