Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 2014 TMD Diagnostic Criteria with MRI-confirmed disc displacement in at least one joint; 2. No treatment was performed prior to this examination, and there was no history of temporomandibular joint surgery. 3. Capable of providing signed informed consent; 4. Age: 18-30 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) trauma, tumors, or congenital developmental anomalies; 2. Patients with other TMD disorders (such as myofascial pain, etc.); 3. The patient has a history of systemic diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus); 4. Diagnosed psychiatric disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety); 4. Complete or partial denture.
