Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for students: Possess basic comprehension, communication, and cognitive abilities sufficient to participate in age-appropriate survey activities. 2.Parent Inclusion Criteria: 1) Father or mother of a student; 2) Possesses normal comprehension and communication abilities, able to fully cooperate with the survey activities; 3) Owns a functional electronic device capable of scanning QR codes. 3.Inclusion criteria for households: 1) Permanent residents within the survey area, with students and parents having resided continuously for 6 months or longer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Parents lack access to a device capable of scanning QR codes or lack basic online operational skills; 2) Parents refuse to sign the informed consent form or plan to withdraw from the study midway, making full participation unfeasible.
