Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Diagnosed with two or more chronic diseases; 3. Complete inpatient medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate due to consciousness or cognitive impairment; 2. Long-term bedridden or paraplegic; 3. Key information missing from medical records.
