Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Benign uterine diseases that meet the indications for laparoscopic total hysterectomy surgery; (2) Female, aged 18-64 years old; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; (4) Body mass index (BMI) ranging from 18 kg/m2 to 27 kg/m^2; (5) No history of urethral stricture, urethral injury, or urological surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusal to participate in research (2) Has coagulation dysfunction or blood system diseases, with a tendency towards severe bleeding; (3) There are extensive scars on the abdominal wall or extensive adhesions in the abdominal cavity; (4) Skin rupture or infection at the site of abdominal wall puncture; (5) Combining chronic pain disorders; (6) Multiple failed catheterization attempts; (7) Overactive bladder (nocturia>3 times or 24-hour urination>8 times); (8) Communication or cognitive impairments.
