18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Pathologically confirmed DTC; 3. Tumor size <=4 cm without extrathyroidal extension; 4. pN0 or pN1a; 5. Underwent unilateral thyroid lobectomy with isthmusectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pT4, pN1b, or M1 stage disease; 2. Those with aggressive histological subtypes or requiring total thyroidectomy.
