Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically or clinically diagnosed as a gynecological malignant tumor and scheduled for surgical treatment; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Possess basic communication and comprehension skills; 4. No thrombosis was found in the preoperative deep vein ultrasound examination of the lower extremities. 5. The patient and their family members have given informed consent and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who withdraw halfway through the research process due to personal reasons; 2. Those with severe skin ulcers or injuries on both lower extremities, which affect the implementation of mechanical preventive measures; 3. Those with severe bleeding tendencies and who are not suitable for drug anticoagulation prevention (such as active bleeding, severe thrombocytopenia, etc.); 4. Those who have been previously diagnosed with VTE and are currently receiving full-dose anticoagulant therapy.
