Inclusion criteria

Asthma Group: Meets the asthma diagnostic criteria in the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma (2020 Edition)"; Age >=18 years old; The clinical data are complete. Be capable of completing this research and all the tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Healthy group: Lower respiratory tract infection or related symptoms within two weeks; Currently involved in a drug or any other drug research project. 2. Asthma group: Standardized hormone therapy or cytotoxic drug therapy has already been initiated; In addition to asthma, other chronic inflammatory diseases (inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis) were diagnosed. A history of other serious primary lung diseases, especially those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchiectasis; There is a lower respiratory tract infection or related symptoms within two weeks; Currently participating in a drug or any other drug research project; Combined with severe insufficiency of heart, lung, liver and kidney functions; Combined with malignant tumors.
