Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 60 years old; 2) Diagnosed with hepatobiliary duct stones through imaging examination; 3) Liver function at Child-Pugh grade A or B; 4) Physical condition of ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) grade I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of abdominal surgery; 2) Recent preoperative infection: including urinary tract, pulmonary, biliary tract, etc. infections; 3) Presence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications (such as myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction); 4) Severe underlying diseases (such as heart failure, renal insufficiency); 5) Postoperative transfer to ICU; 6) Emergency surgery patients.
