Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years; 2.Permanent residents (residing for = 6 months) in 7 communities on Tongatapu Island or 3 outer islands (to ensure familiarity with local habits); 3.Willing to cooperate in completing questionnaires, clinical examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with underlying diseases that may interfere with disease diagnosis, such as chronic kidney disease (e.g., chronic renal failure), gout, and liver cirrhosis; 2.Having undergone stone surgery or lipid-lowering treatment within the past 3 months (which may affect the assessment of disease status); 3.Unable to cooperate due to severe hearing/language impairment.
