No minimum to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Under the age of 40, single pregnancy; 2. Diagnosed gestational weeks 7-11weeks; 3. Participate in joint screening for Down syndrome in early pregnancy; 4. The fetus naturally conceives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancies; 2. Severe fetal structural abnormalities; 3. Chronic diseases: hypertension, diabetes, etc; 4. Infectious diseases: AIDS, syphilis, hepatitis B, etc. Fetal genetic abnormalities; 5. Fetuses conceived through assisted reproductive technology.
