Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative pathological diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer; 2.No prior radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy or other treatments before surgery; 3.Undergoing pneumonectomy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent stage IV surgery or palliative surgery; 2.Patients diagnosed with pneumonia and/or received antibiotic or hormone therapy within 1 month before surgery; 3.Complicated with autoimmune diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease;
