Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1..The patients were screened through the GAD-7 test, and those with scores exceeding 7 were interviewed by a psychiatrist. Based on clinical observations, they were diagnosed with mild to moderate generalized anxiety disorder; 2. Age between 18 and 89 years old; 3. Having a fixed address and being able to complete an 8-week follow-up; 4. The informed consent form has been signed and the subjects and legal representatives have a comprehensive understanding of the research content. They are willing to follow the follow-up requirements of the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other serious physical illnesses, including organic encephalopathy and inflammatory diseases; 2. Other mental illnesses, such as mental illness, suicidal ideation, bipolar disorder, severe anxiety disorder, and major depressive disorder; 3. History of drug abuse; 4. Have suicidal ideation or behavior; 5. Pregnancy, lactation, or planned pregnancy within two months; 6. Have a personal or family history of epilepsy; 7. Having intellectual disabilities; 8. Allergic to probiotic preparations; 9. Participated in any clinical trials within the past two months; 10. There are other researchers who believe that it is not suitable for inclusion.
