Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinical frontline nurses registered and currently employed by this institution; 2.Working time in this organization >= 2 years; 3.Continuously participated in shift work over the past 6 months; 4.Informed consent to participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Having any chronic diseases or being pregnant; 2.Implementing a body weight control program (weight loss, weight gain, and weight maintenance plans); 3.Unable to cooperate with this researcher;
