Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Working full-time in the sample community health center; 2.Currently providing family contract services; 3.Willing to participate in this project and carry out the relevant project activities as required (signing the informed consent form).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The main practice location is not a community health center; 2.Those who also participate in other research projects; 3.No family doctor contracting services have been carried out.
