Exercise snack intervention group:Five times a week, 1 min joint and cardiopulmonary warm-up activities should be performed before each exercise, that is, = 2 micro-segment exercises per day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 24 years old, with a BMI ranging from 18.5kg/m^2 to 23.9kg/m^2; 2. There is a sedentary lifestyle (the average daily sedentary time in the SBQ questionnaire for sedentary behavior is >=6 hours); 3. There is physical and mental fatigue (total score of FS-14 fatigue Scale >=7); 4. Insufficient physical activity in the past three months (IPAQ < 600 MET-min/w); 5. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable cardiovascular diseases or acute phase, uncontrolled symptomatic arrhythmias, etc. 2. Indicative symptoms such as chest pain/shortness of breath, syncope/dizziness occur at rest or with light physical exertion; 3. Acute or unresolved musculoskeletal or neurological problems that affect safe stepping; 4. Knee/hip joint diseases limited by symptoms (such as severe osteoarthritis); 5. Researchers assess individuals who are not suitable for participating in stair climbing activities; 6. Obese individuals with a BMI of 28.0kg/m^2
