Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-64 years, 2. BMI: 18-25 kg/m^2, 3. ASA classification ? or ? by the American Society of Anesthesiologists, 4.Patients scheduled for painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dysfunction of important organs such as the liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, and brain, 2. Recent use of sedative and analgesic medications, 3. Allergic constitution or known allergy to the experimental drug.
