Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of stroke is clear, and there is obvious imaging diagnosis basis; 2. Patients with unconscious disorder after tracheotomy; 3.Patients with no cognitive dysfunction and normal communication; 4.Good compliance; 5.Middle-aged and elderly people aged 40-65.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a conventional tracheostomy and impaired consciousness ; 2. Patients undergoing emergency tracheostomy in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) ; 3. Patients with respiratory dysfunction due to spinal cord injury ; 4. Patients with communication disorders ; 5. Patients with poor treatment compliance; 6. Ventilator-dependent patients .
