Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) as outlined in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperglycemia in Pregnancy (2022)[1]; 2. satisfy the TCM constitution assessment standard for phlegm-dampness constitution; 3. possess normal cognitive abilities with a junior high school education or higher; 4. have not received glucose-lowering treatment prior to enrollment; 5. lack relevant psychological training background before study initiation; 6. voluntarily participate in the research and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other pregnancy complications; 2. Medication; 3. Combined with mental illness or severe psychological illness; 4. Combined with serious disease of vital organs; 5. Unable to have regular prenatal examinations.
