Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Previously diagnosed malignant tumor of biliary origin (bile duct cancer, gallbladder cancer, etc.) and advanced (inoperable, distal or locally advanced and inoperable); 2.Received "Gemox-HAIC combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) and tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs)" treatment; 3.Age >= 18 years old; 4.Have complete clinical data, including imaging, laboratory examination and follow-up data. 5.Have a clear treatment plan and follow-up time;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There are serious complications (such as severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver and kidney failure); 2.Previous treatment with other immunization or targeted drugs may affect the efficacy evaluation. 3.Incomplete data or insufficient follow-up; 4.There are other malignant tumors or mental diseases that affect the treatment.
