DSP group:Inject 20mL of 0.25% ropivacaine combined with 1mL (5mg) of dexamethasone sodium phosphate
DXP group:Injection of 20ml of 0.25% ropivacaine combined with 1ml (5mg) of dexamethasone palmitate injection

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age >= 18 years; 2 Pain persisting for >= 3 months after rash healing; 3 VAS score >= 4; 4 Voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to dexamethasone or local anesthetics; severe heart, kidney, or liver dysfunction; concomitant mental illness or severe cognitive impairment; pregnancy or breastfeeding; local infection or contraindications to nerve block.
