Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years old; (2) Patients with CSVD diagnosed independently by two neurologists (diagnosis criteria refer to "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Small Vessel Disease (2023 Edition)"); (3) Patients with gait disorders diagnosed by the "Kinect Movement Function Evaluation System"; (4) Able to independently sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Merge patients with neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's and multiple system atrophy; (2) Have uncorrectable visual or hearing impairments, or other reasons preventing them from cooperating with the examination; (3) Have severe bone and joint diseases and stroke-induced hemiplegia that affect walking activities.
