Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Crown restoration: (1) The patient's guardian agrees to the treatment plan of this study and has signed the informed consent form. (2) The patient is between 3 and 8 years old. (3) The patient has Class II cavity caries in 1-2 deciduous tooth positions on both left and right sides of the mouth. (4) All teeth must be firmed without mobility, and the gums must show no redness, swelling or fistulas. (5) There are no symptoms of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis, and X-rays show root resorption less than 1/3 of the root apex. 2. Space maintainer restoration: (1) The patient's guardian agrees to the treatment plan of this study and has signed the informed consent form.(2) The patient is between 3 and 8 years old. (3) There is a fully erupted tooth present distally in the edentulous space on both left and right sides. (4) There is a permanent tooth in the gap bone, with the root forming and the occlusal surface covered by bone. (5) The permanent tooth in the gap has formed more than 1/2, the occlusal surface is not covered by bone, but the gap has significantly decreased. (6) The root of the permanent tooth in the gap is less than 1/2 formed, but the crown has started to erupt.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Crown restoration: (1) The patient's guardian does not agree to undergo PEEK crown restoration treatment; (2) The investigator judges that the subject is unlikely to comply with the study procedures; (3) The investigator judges that the patient's guardian is unlikely to cooperate with the study treatment process;(4) The patient has severe dental phobia; (5) There are uncontrolled pathological processes in the oral cavity; (6) The investigator determines that systemic or local diseases may affect postoperative healing; (7) Participating in other clinical trials simultaneously or within weeks prior to enrollment 2. Space maintainer restoration: (1) The patient's guardian does not agree to undergo PEEK space maintainer treatment; (2) The investigator judges that the subject is unlikely to comply with the study procedures; (3) The investigator judges that the patient's guardian is unlikely to cooperate with the study treatment process;(4) The patient has severe dental phobia; (5) There are uncontrolled pathological processes in the oral cavity; (6) The investigator determines that systemic or local diseases may affect postoperative healing; (7) Participating in other clinical trials simultaneously or within weeks prior to enrollment
