No minimum to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Between 29 days and 14 years old; (2) Meet the 2020 version of the international SAOD diagnostic criteria for children: severe infection leading to cardiovascular and/or non-cardiovascular organ dysfunction; (3) Confirmed SAOD within 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The child dies or is discharged within 2 hours after admission; (2) Children with shock caused by other reasons; (3) The child is in the active stage of immune disease, has bone marrow suppression or is using chemotherapy drugs; (4) Children with liver, kidney and other organ failure before infection.
