Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for healthy individuals: 1. Age 55-80 years; 2. Ability to understand and follow instructions in the study. Inclusion criteria for PD: 1. Meet the MDS2015 Parkinson's disease diagnostic criteria, age 55-80 years; 2. Hoehn-Yahr (H-Y) stage >= 2.5; 3. Stable medication for at least 3 months and no adjustments allowed during the study; 4. Ability to understand and respond to instructions given in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment (Montreal Cognitive Assessment [MoCA] score < 10); 2.Severe cardiovascular disease or other serious hepatic or renal dysfunction that could compromise the safety or feasibility of the training program or interfere with outcome assessment or interpretation.
