Intervention group:While receiving regular GDM management, complete an 8-week standardized mindfulness-based stress reduction group course.
Control group:While receiving regular GDM management, complete an 8-week regular health lecture.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single pregnancy, age between 20 and 40 years old, with basic reading and writing skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude pre-pregnancy diabetes, severe pregnancy complications, a history of mental illness, and regular mindfulness practice experience were excluded.
