Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic Criteria: Meeting the KDIGO 2023 diagnostic criteria for CKD (estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] = 30 mg/g, persisting for >= 3 months). 2. Age: >= 18 years and < 110 years, with no gender restrictions. 3. Informed Consent: Voluntarily participating in the study, signing the informed consent form, and being able to cooperate with telephone follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute kidney injury, pregnancy-related kidney disease, or a history of kidney transplantation. 2. Patients with an expected survival time of < 1 year (e.g., advanced tumors, severe heart failure). 3. Patients with cognitive impairment or language communication difficulties who are unable to complete scale assessments (e.g., Mini-Mental State Examination [MMSE] score < 18 points) (this criterion applies only to the prospective component). 4. Patients with neurological diseases (e.g., cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, neurospinal injury). 5. Patients with amputation or limb deformities. 6. Patients with tumors who have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy within 6 months prior to enrollment.
