Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 years; 2.Diagnosis of primary colorectal cancer consistent with the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) Clinical Guidelines for Colorectal Cancer (2025); 3.Newly diagnosed with primary colorectal cancer, or with a previous diagnosis but having received no prior anti-tumor therapy; 4.Provision of written informed consent; 5.Availability of complete medical records and demonstrated compliance throughout the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age < 18 years; 2.Patients with a prior diagnosis of primary colorectal cancer who had received any related treatment; 3.Patients with secondary (metastatic) colorectal cancer; 4.Patients with a history of other malignancies who had received any prior anti-tumor therapy; 5.Patients who had undergone neoadjuvant therapy (e.g., chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy) prior to surgery; 6.Patients with other severe comorbidities that contraindicated surgery or the required procedures.
