18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with depressive disorder or recurrent depressive disorder according to the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10), confirmed by two attending physicians or above; 2. Female; 3. Aged >=18 years but = 18; 6. No prior psychotherapy within the preceding six months; 7. Voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing or scheduled for physical therapy, excluding electroconvulsive therapy or deep transcranial magnetic stimulation; 2. Patients with concomitant severe conditions, such as significant personality disorders, substance abuse, or neurological disorders; 3. Patients engaged in other group or individual psychotherapy; 4. Intellectual disability.
