Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=40 years old; 2. Clear consciousness and no cognitive impairment; 3. Voluntarily participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic diseases (such as advanced cancer); 2. Those with a history of mental illness or communication disorders; 3. People with severe visual impairment; 4. There have been patients who underwent ophthalmic surgeries in the past year.
