Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Digo group after renal transplantation (30 cases): the time after renal transplantation was >= 1 year, and did not receive periodontal treatment or broad-spectrum antibiotic treatment within 3 months before enrollment, and the creatinine value fluctuated = 1 year, and did not receive periodontal treatment or broad-spectrum antibiotic treatment within 3 months before enrollment; Its creatinine value fluctuated by <10%. 3. Healthy control group (50 cases): there was no history of systemic disease, and the wisdom tooth to be extracted did not appear any inflammatory manifestations, including swelling or pain, within one month before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with long-term antibiotic use; 2. Patients with a history of malignant tumor and immunodeficiency; 3. Patients with oral mucosal disease, epilepsy or contraindications to local anesthesia or general surgery.
