Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 6 years or older; 2. Diagnosed with glaucoma by an experienced glaucoma specialist, including primary open-angle glaucoma, secondary glaucoma, primary angle-closure glaucoma, developmental glaucoma, and mixed glaucoma; 3. With or without glaucomatous optic nerve structural or visual field changes; 4. Able to cooperate with examinations and fixate on the point light source in instruments such as OCE/OCT; 5. May have cataracts that do not affect the quality of fundus OCT and OCTE examinations; 6. May have corneal opacity or scarring that does not affect the quality of OCE/OCT examinations; 7. May or may not have systemic diseases. Inclusion criteria for the control group: (1) No optic nerve structural changes or visual field defects; (2) IOP < 21 mmHg; (3) Cup-to-disc ratio < 0.6 and inter-eye cup-to-disc ratio difference < 0.2; (4) Normal anterior and posterior segment eye examinations; (5) No family history of glaucoma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Structural or visual field changes in the optic nerve not caused by glaucoma; 2. Anterior segment OCT and OCTA examinations affected by corneal leukoma; 3. Poor image quality due to poor patient cooperation.
