Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the 2024 ASG guideline criteria for HTG-AP; 2. Onset-to-admission interval =48 h; 3. Age 18–80 years; 4. Willing to provide written informed consent for study participation. Baseline TG >22.6 mmol/L measured on the day of admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy, malignancy, end-stage renal disease, coagulation disorders, prior plasmapheresis or long-term lipid-lowering therapy before admission, or any condition rendering DFPP unfeasible or intolerable.
