Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1).Aged 18-80 years at the time of signing the informed consent form; (2).Patients with HCC confirmed by pathology or meeting clinical diagnostic criteria, who are not eligible for radical therapy and have experienced progression of newly developed portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) after over 6 months of first- or second-line treatment;clinical staging is CNLC IIIa with PVTT type I-II; (3) Performance Status (PS) score of 0-1;(4) Life expectancy > 3 months;(5)No significant liver function impairment (Child-Pugh class A or B, with a score 50,000/µL ;(8). Prothrombin time (PT) > 50% and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) < 50 seconds. If necessary, correct hemostatic function (e.g., administer platelet concentrate) and drain ascites prior to treatment;(9). Voluntary participation, good compliance, and cooperation with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No extrahepatic disease or progressive extrahepatic disease; patients with localized extrahepatic disease confined to a single organ system, with up to 3 lymph nodes (each with a short-axis diameter 50% of total liver volume, or patients who have previously undergone liver transplantation; 5. Patients with portal vein tumor thrombus who have previously received local radiotherapy or similar treatments; 6. Other factors which, in the investigator's judgment, may affect study outcomes and potentially compromise the study.
