Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for BDD according to the International Classification of Diseases, Eleventh Revision (ICD-11); 2. Aged 18–65 years, with basic understanding and ability to cooperate; 3. The patient and their family understand the research objectives and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, epilepsy, organic brain disease, etc.); 2. Patients with severe physical illnesses, neurological disorders, or intellectual disability; 3. Patients unable to cooperate with EEG testing or complete scale assessments.
