preventive and therapeutic treatments (e.g., fissure sealants, fillings) based on clinical indications
and verbal feedback on results coupled with routine oral health guidance.
Experimental Group:Routine oral examination + Caries prevention and treatment + Family-School-Community-Hospital feedback supervision

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Local resident children; 2.No congenital deformities of the oral and maxillofacial region; 3.Informed consent obtained from the children’s guardians; 4. Presence of one or more decayed teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor compliance; 2. Inability to participate in relevant surveys and examinations.
