Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU patients aged >=65 years; 2. Diagnostic criteria: patients who met the CCI diagnostic criteria were as follows: (1) stay in ICU for more than 14 days; (2) combined with persistent organ dysfunction (SOFA score: cardiovascular system function >=1 or any other system function >=2).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with advanced cancer or those who have recently received radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 2.Patients with combined immunodeficiency, autoimmune diseases, or organ transplant status who require long-term use of corticosteroids and immunosuppressive agents; 3.Expected survival time < 72 h; 4.Those transitioning in the ICU after surgery;
