Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old (depending on the actual situation), a clear diagnosis of intervertebral disc degeneration is made. 2. People who were diagnosed with intervertebral disc degeneration at the orthopedics department of multiple centers including Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University from January 2020 to January 2025 (or healthy people who participated in physical examinations at the physical examination centers of multiple centers such as Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious complications 2. Those with incomplete clinical data (data collection studies). 3. Clinical samples that do not meet research requirements (sample analysis type research)
