Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects understand and sign the informed consent form; 2.Subjects aged >=18 years, no gender limitation; 3.Sunnybrook score 13-75; 4.Moderate to severe facial paralysis (Sunnybrook 13-75) persists after conservative treatment, course >2 weeks; 5.Peripheral facial paralysis caused by the following: including facial neuritis, facial paralysis due to cerebellopontine angle surgery, trauma, etc;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Complete facial nerve transection; 2.Presence of contraindications to pulsed radiofrequency therapy; 3.Expected life expectancy less than 1 year; 4.Patients unable to cooperate with subsequent follow-up;
