20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged 20 to 45 who are 42 days to 6 months postpartum. 2. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, sciatica, severe mental illness or malignant tumors; 2. Abnormal uterine bleeding; 3. Acute infections of the urinary and reproductive systems; 4. Those with poor compliance, unable to complete each effective action as required, and unable to receive treatment on time.
