Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis and formed pseudocysts (PPC/WON) who underwent endoscopic ultrasound-guided peripancreatic fluid drainage (EUS-FCD) at our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant patients. 2. Age under 18 years old. 3.The patient had undergone interventional procedures or surgical treatment for peripancreatic fluid accumulation before undergoing EUS-FCD. 4.There are endoscopic contraindications (such as severe coagulation dysfunction). 5. Incomplete preoperative imaging (CT, EUS) data. 6.Missing follow-up data.
